Some Achievements

The Château Miramar Residence in Nice was one of our first large-scale projects, entrusting us with the complete renovation of 118 apartments, including the replacement of rollers and brush seals on 886 sliding doors. This extensive undertaking restored the optimal functioning of all the sliding doors, thus providing comfort and security for the residents while ensuring the durability and restoring the insulation of the sliding doors.

Demand for our expertise has exceptionally led us to La Foux d’Allos for several residential window and door repairs. There, we replaced rollers and serviced sliding glass doors. Each door was meticulously checked and adjusted to ensure smooth operation, good insulation thanks to the replacement of brush seals, and maximum safety for the occupants.

The Domaine du Loup residence entrusted us with the renovation of their sliding doors, including the replacement of the rollers for all the residences in the complex. This work has improved the daily comfort of the residents and extended the lifespan of the existing windows and doors.

The Penh-Chaï Park, built in the late 1970s, called upon us for the quality of maintenance and replacement of the rollers and seals of the sliding doors equipping its apartments.

The Domaine de l’Abbaye de Roseland selected us for the replacement of the window rollers in all the residences of the estate, contributing to the optimization of the daily comfort of the residents and to the extension of the life of their sliding joinery.

Proximity to the sea, daily exposure to sea air and humidity, promotes rapid oxidation of the rollers and premature deterioration of the brush seals. This is why Marina Baie des Anges entrusted us with a high-quality and durable replacement of the rollers and brush seals on its sliding glass doors.

A major tourist destination means heavy use of its equipment. We therefore worked throughout the entire residential complex of this Pierre & Vacances Village, replacing the rollers and performing complete maintenance on the sliding glass doors, thus ensuring their longevity. By also providing fast and efficient service, this holiday center was able to continue operating without interruption, which was essential to its business.
